BAVARIA becomes listed

Bavaria becomes a public listed company

We are pleased to announce that BAVARIA has been a public listed company since 12.07.2012. The management board comprises Sandra Ahrabian (CEO) and Markus Wolf. Ms Barbara Eyring is the authorised agent.

As part of the conversion, the equity capital was increased to EUR 300,000. This should highlight that we are extremely aware of our responsibility to you, and that we do not hide behind our insurance partners or re-insurers.

In addition, the conversion should highlight that we want to maintain a business relationship with you that is characterised by a high degree of transparency. The organisational structure of a public limited company provides that the top management has to make important decisions together and communicate these to the supervisory board. For you, the bottom line is the assurance that our business processes also meet the highest standards.

We have already been a pioneer on the market several times over the last 30 years, and many others have copied our insurance products and services. And we are the first again in this choice of legal form. You will not find any competitor who can offer you the same degree of security in terms of capital and organisational structure.
